Veritas 5/8" Power Tenon Cutter
This veritas cutter is ideal for rustic furniture building. Veritas power tenon cutters will cut smooth, perfect tenons with radiused shoulders.
Details
The balanced body is designed to run vibration-free while being driven with an electric drill.
Integral level vial makes in-line cutting more accurate. Back end of the blade is contoured to avoid anything extending beyond the revolving body, increasing safety.
There is a built-in honing guide for easy sharpening of the blade on a drill-press mounted drum sander. This blade is adjustable to cut the exact size of tenon required in both dry and green wood.
Sizes 5/8" to 1" cut 23/4" long tenons typically used in rustic furniture.
All sizes have hex shanks. Sizes 5/8" to 1" require a 3/8" (or larger) chuck. Anodized aluminum body, steel shank, high-carbon steel blade. (Not for use in a drill press.)
