Quality Value Price The Flexcut KN12 has an excellently shaped handle which makes whittling comfortable and enjoyable. More importantly, the blade holds an edge well. The blade doesn't bend and this rigidity gives you control over the cut. The KN12 is good for straight cuts and waste removal. It's not good for forming details, so that's where you need the KN13 which is narrower and lets you turn as you cut. Price: It's only half the price of other brand high quality whittling knives. Quality Value Price I first puchased Flexcut knives back in November and found them to be excellent tools for carving/whittling. I then purchased several others from DIYtools and they also were of excellent quality and value.
