Titan BT2000 Timber Loft Ladder

I am very pleased with both the service, delivery and the product,after doing some leg work looking at other products and suppliers this seem to be a better quality and stronger design. The features of the wooden steps and handrail make it a pleasure to go in and make use of the loft space its "better than going to the garage every time i need to go up the loft" the only disappointing thing was that when the package was removed the white veneer on one corner of the door was chipped off "about the size of a 5 pence coin.And as my wife took delivery of the ladder could not phisically check the goods, and as the item has only recently beed fitted i guess this would cause a problem for complaint.

Value For Money, good quolity. Issues with stretchingthe return springs, care needed, had to use rope and my wifes weight (standing in loop in the rope) to hook in place, unit fitted in France! (Posted on 11/08/2011)
