This bench replaces one I had for 14 years, so I knew what I wanted - a movable yet solid, sturdy bench with smooth action vices and a good length of bench top.However, this one came with 2 or 3 chips and dents in its edges.
Eventually I will damage it too but it would have been nice to start with a perfect item and see how long I could keep it like that.
