Excellent product. I used it to prepare kitchen unit doors, end panels, interiors etc for painting with eggshell paint. The surfaces were laquered or varnished oak and oak veneer. I did absolutely no sanding and the paint has adhered fine. It may seem expensive but it goes a long way - I only used 1/2 a litre on a big kitchen, and it saved me hours of laborious sanding. Clever stuff.
