Included in this set are, 1 X 12mm "V" chisel, 1 X 10mm "V" chisel, 1 X 6mm straight chisel, 1 X 12mm straight chisel, 1 X 8mm, 16mm & 25mm fishtail gouge chisel, 1 X 18mm skewed chisel, 1 X 12mm & 18mm bent chisel, 1 X 6mm gouge chisel and 1 X 16mm skew cut chisel.
The Record RPCV130 carvers vice provides a solid base for a variety of woodcarving. Designed for the home workshop, it can be clamped to any surface up to 4" thick. The heavy duty construction and compact design makes this a popular product with hoppyists.
The cast iron clamp secures the vice to the workbench with no movement or play. Simply attach the workpiece to the cast iron faceplate then carving may begin.
The faceplate revolves 360 deg and the support arm pivots, this enables all sides of the wood top be easily worked upon.

Quality Value Price I bought this as a present for my sons birthday, he having expressed an interest in developing skills in wood carving. He was delighted with the quality and presentation and promptly produced a very creditable piece of work, never having attempted any carving before. Now, was this the tools or the man? Well, since a craftsman never blames his tools, perhaps it is too much to expect that he should give them credit, but it is also hard to produce good work with crap tools, so if a total beginner produces good work at his first outing........is it the man or the tools?
