Quality Value Price So far its proving to be a winner. Its heavy stuff to put on as it really "grabs" the surface as it goes on. The smell isn't too oppresive so there weren't too many complaints about that and when applying the top coats its a great primer.
Don't try to apply with a roller.....it does not work! a good 3" brush did it for me.
The finish is a brilliant matt white, which looks good in itself. (Posted on 11/08/2011)
