Quality Value Price The product as such is fine - once you find out how to take it apart to put the batteries in !The packaging includes a sheet containing 18 pictograms of warnings do/don't etc. including a don't use a screwdriver or hammer warning, and a vast sheet with explanantions of the pictograms in 21 languages. All very good for the egos of EU bureaucrats...BUT nowhere does it tell you how to open up the units to install the batteries !!! I contacted Byron - "use a screwdriver to open the bell-push unit", and "just pull the bell unit apart by brute force" ! (my words, not theirs - but accurate).And although fixings are provided, you are left to guess what is for what purpose. Not rocket science, maybe - but not good customer relations either.
