Larger pores are made smaller meaning liquid molecules can no longer be absorbed. However any dampness in the floor can still evaporate.

The surface to be treated should be perfectly clean and absolutely dry.Remove cement and grout stains with HG "extra". Remove grease, dirt and oldlayers of wax with HG "remover". After rinsing-off allow at least 3 days for thesurface to dry. HG "impregnator" is used neat.

Apply HG impregnating sealer evenly in one direction with a paint roller or a non fluffy cloth. Allow to penetrate for a maximum of 5 minutes. Then remove any surplus with a dry cloth. One litre is enough for a surface area of 8 to 10 m2.

Apply evenly by brush, spray or non-fluff cloth. Leave for a maximum of 5 minutes to penetrate. After treatment the surface should retain a matt appearance. Any surplus resting on the surface (leaving a gloss finish) after this time must be removed with a cloth dampened with white spirits if necessary.

Allow 2 hours before applying a second or more coats. After about 4 hours the surface can be walked upon. Exterior stone or brick walls require no further treatment. Clean tools with white spirit. Once dry HG "impregnator" can only be removed with HG "spot stain remover".
