I'm new to DIYTOOLS.co.uk. How do I find my way around?
Simply move your mouse over the list of departments under the search bar. Individual categories will then appear. Simply select the category you are interested in.
In each of these departments, a further departmental list is shown on the left had side for easy navigation.
You may also filter you selection by price, brand and/or size.
If you have trouble finding the product you are looking for, try our sophisticated search. DIYTools uses the most sophisticated search available. Simply type the first 3 characters of the product you are looking for and let our predicative search go to work.
How do I Pay for a Product?
It couldn’t be simpler. Simply add you chosen product to the basket. Choose the payment method that suits you the most and click checkout.
Can I pay over the Fax or by Phone?
For security reasons and to protect your details we do not take orders over the phone. However if you wish to contact us, Please ring our Customer Service Team on 0844 880 5646 and we can talk you through the process.
Alternatively you can fax a print out of your basket to us, send a cheque and we’ll dispatch your goods.
What Payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. If you would rather not use your credit card we accept both personal and company cheques. Please note however goods will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. This can take up to 3 working days.
We also accept gift vouchers which have been purchased from either DIYtools.co.uk or our sister company Knobs & Knockers.
As a returning customer you will also be able to part pay you order with our DIY Points loyalty scheme. For more information on the DIYtools.co.uk loyalty scheme , check out our DIY Points help.
When do you charge my Credit / Debit Card?
We only charge your credit card when your goods have been dispatched
What are DIY Points and how can I receive them?

What does product availability mean?
If a product has an “in stock” message it means that this product is available to purchase and we should have the item in stock either at our main warehouse or at one of our satellite warehouses.
Some products from time to time may become out of stock. In these instances the availability message will change to “out of stock”. This means the product is not available for purchase. .
You will however be able to request that we email you when it is back in stock.
What is the relationship between Knobs & Knockers and DIYtools?
In 2001 DIYtools.co.uk took over Knobs & Knockers. Since then we have merged both web sites and so you can now buy all Knobs & Knockers products from DIYtools.co.uk.
