Faithfull Edging Iron Stainless Steel with Wooden Handle

I wanted a lawn edge cutter that had a reasonably sharp & high quality stainless steel blade for strength, durability and anti-corrosion resistance, secured onto a wood shaft in a traditional manner (not just one rivet) and had a wooden handle that was not rivetted on (two previous ones with rivetted metal handles and shafts have failed). I am retired so price without compromising quality was important. Its performance is superior to my previous cutters and feels comfortable to use. It's at least as good as two other very well known leading brands and substantially cheaper (compared to a well known DIY store close to my home). Even with P&P costs was cheaper with rapid delivery. With over 50 years of gardening experience in all conditions, I could not praise it enough. (Posted on 11/08/2011)
