| What are DIY POINTS? |

| DIY POINTS are our way of giving you - our registered customer - something back. Each time you purchase something from either diytools.co.uk or knobsandknockers.co.uk you will receive a bonus. |

| The bonus is in the form of loyalty points (DIY POINTS). |
| |
| These DIY POINTS maybe be used against any future purchases. They are effectively a discount voucher reducing your overall order total. |

| Do I need to register? |
| |
| Yes, because when you register we set up a special DIY POINTS account for you so you can see how many points you have accumulated. From time to time you will choose to use your points to reduce the invoice value of a future purchase. |

| How do I register? |
| |
| When you have completed your order you will be shown a "register for DIY POINTS" Box. All you have to do is choose a password and a DIY POINTS account will automatically be opened for you. |

| How can I see my DIY Points? |
| |
| Upon completing you order you will be automatically logged in. Simply by clicking the order status button, you will be able to see: |

- The progress of you order
- The amount of DIY POINTS you have available to reduce the value of your next order |
| |
| On subsequent visits DIY POINTS maybe viewed by logging in at the home page. |
| |
| How much are DIY POINTS worth? |
| |
| 1 DIY POINT = 1p |
| |
| DIY POINTS are effectively 5% of the value of any product you purchase. So for example if you purchased a product with a value of £50.00 you would receive 250 DIY POINTS (equal to £2.5) to be redeemed against your next purchase. |

| How many DIY POINTS will I receive? |
| |
| You will earn 5 DIY POINTS for every £1.00 spent. The more you spend the more you save. |

| For example if you purchase a product for £75.00 you will accumulate 375 DIY POINTS. |

| How can I use my DIY POINTS? |
| |
Login with your user name and password and shop as normal. When you
arrive at the checkout you will be given an opportunity to cash in your DIY POINTS. |

| For example, if you have added a product to your basket with a value of £50.00 and you have accumulated 250DIY POINTS in your account you will only pay £47.50 for this product. Thats a saving of £2.50 or 5%. |

| You will also have earned a further 235DIY POINTS. Worth another £2.35. |
| |

| How long do my DIY POINTS last? |
| |
| We will hold your DIY POINTS for 730 days (2 years) after which they will expire. |
