Since the jaws of an adjustable wrench will adjust to suit various sizes of bolt and nut head, they are particularly useful when only a limited number of tools can be carried or kept in a tool kit.
Brian Simpson - 21 Jul 2009 Bought this for a present for Dad. He loves it although he loves all DIY gadgets.
Michael Sutton - 16 Jun 2009 Because I have limted use in both hands this product has been a god send, it has allowed me to do some DIY again, and not depend on others.
Two presses on the tirgger and you are locked on to any nut and a simple twist and it starts to move, very easy to use.
It has already saved me money, a product worth having.
M Allen - 15 Jun 2009 I love this Black & Decker tool. It''s very handy around the house. A great Gadget. (Love the ad!)
MR GEOFFREY SORE - 15 Jun 2009 Great idea - bad design. The motor is not geared down enough so that although quick to close or open the jaws it does not have enough force to pull the jaws really tight onto a nut to prevent rounding off the nut - even with fresh batteries - I tried all types Alkaline, NiMh, NiCd. With more gearing it would be slower OK but it would have the force needed. It is also very bulky compared to a quality normal adjustable and that limits its use in tight spaces where the power operation would be really useful.
G Wright - 15 Jun 2009 Very clever. I love it
MR PHILIP GIBBS - 12 Jun 2009 excellent but rather heavy.
W A TRISTRAM - 10 Jun 2009 FELT MORE LIKE A CHILDS TOY GAVE NO SIGN OF STRENGTH. OK FOR LITTLE JOBS BUT WERE YOU NEED TO GET STUCK IN.LACKED A FEEL OF A GOOD METAL WRENCH.
Anthony Richmond - 10 Jun 2009 very pleased with the autowrench a great idea and have used a lot.
Melanie Finnis - 10 Jun 2009 Excellent performance & quality, good value for money
H Jones - 10 Jun 2009 Very clever tool from Black and Decker. It''s now my favourite tool in my Toolbox.
