Burnished Brass Drop Bar Handle

These were really good items and saved our bacon. We ordered a new kitchen from a infamous (we didn't know this at the time of ordering) on-line kitchen company who really messed us about. Finally we were three handles short and were told we would have to wait yet another 4 weeks. In desparation I searched for the handles on line and you were the only place I could find them. They are almost an exact match and have enabled me to complete my new kitchen. The handles arrived quickly and the service was very efficient. So a BIG thank you for your excellent service and for carrrying the vast selection of stock that you do. Like another reviewer we were stuck. We had broken one of the cupboard handles in our fitted kitchen and had been unable to obtain another until we found this site. The knobs were an exact match so I ordered two to give a spare! The knobs were well packed and arrived incredibly quickly. More importantly, they were an exact match for the one that was broken. Only one small gripe - the mounting thread was different to the original handle and so new bolts were needed. It would have been nice if these had been incuded (to be cut down to length). I obtained these from a local ironmonger without a problem though. This does not stop me giving these items, and the service, a deserved top rating. Many thanks. (Posted on 11/08/2011)
